It's official monsters: Lady Gaga is engaged.

  Yesterday, Lady Gaga took to instagram what seems to be a new beginning for the star by sharing a picture of her huge heart shape diamond ring. she captioned it: "He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!"

According to US Magazine, "The singer and her fiancé first met on the 2011 set of Gaga's "You & I" music video, which was shot in Nebraska. Not ironic, Gaga wore her mother's actual wedding gown in scenes of the racy video, which starred Chicago Fire hunk Kinney as the object of her affection. They started dating several months later, split briefly in May 2012, and got back together the following month.

Since their rough patch in 2012, the stars have been more in love than ever. In a recent interview with Howard Stern, Gaga admitted that she would marry Kinney if he proposed.

"He is the right guy," she gushed of her beau. "How do we know? It's this feeling..."

Kinney, meanwhile, spoke fondly about the songstress to Us in April 2014, admitting that she pushes him to be better. "[She] is someone who’s always in your corner, that believes in you and your work, and vice versa," the Other Woman actor shared. "You know, I love what she does and her work and music and charity. She inspires so many people including myself."

As for what their wedding will look like? Gaga previewed it to Stern, joking: "If I get married, I'll be hanging out in a pickup truck at a David's Bridal while my stylist is screaming at me.""

FLOCUS on Val Day!!

Hola! my loves. Yes indeed it's that time of the year again when the color RED is used in excess. Trust me my eyes have been hurting already, I ain't even playing lol. You got it, I am talking about February 14, Valentines day. Not to be the bearer of bad news or the pessimist one here but how genuine is Valentine's love? I see folks that cheat on their partner all year around then comes V-Day and they become all lovey-dovey. So does that mean with a bouquet of roses, a box of chocolate, a bottle of red wine or even a dinner date one can erase all the hurts  you've been through. Believe me I love me some good treat but my take on this is: if you cannot treat every day as important as V-Day and do right by me, there is no need to fool me once a year in the name of Valentines day.
To those that treat their partner with love and respect throughout the year I say Happy Valentines day to you. And those that just wait for February 14 to show some love I say Have several seats. LOL

REALLY? SMH..Only in Africa!!!

So distributing bags of rice, packs of spaghetti and so on to the people around election time is the new trend? Oh no wait it has been around, it's just not going away. Our African politicians should be ashamed of themselves. So for them to distribute these items in my opinion speaks volume, It shows that they are fully aware of the agony, the stress, the hunger that is striking millions of people in these countries of which they claim to be their leaders. From Togo to Nigeria I say: SHAME ON YOU. Shame on these failure we call governments. This is modern day bribery. So what happens once they win the elections? We will famish until next time? It baffles me how in this 21st century individuals who are supposed to be educated, who travel to the western then come back to put AC in their garage so their cars don't get hot, will bribe a country just to stay in power. These folks do not think about the well being of the people or the development of our countries. While they are at it, why don't they distribute Range Rovers now? We let them get away with such acts but when crisis strike, we blame the western and everyone else except ourselves. To  my fellow

African people I say rise and say a big fat NO to corruption and bribery because you are better than that. 

Bobbi Kristina will remain on life support!

Contrary to the numerous rumors and speculations that the daughter of the late legendary Whitney Houston will be taken off of life support on 2/11/2015 to coincide with the date she died 3 years ago, according to E! News: they are just baloney! 

" In the wake of numerous reports claiming Bobbi Kristina Brown will be taken off life support tomorrow—exactly three years after the tragic death of her mother Whitney Houston—a source close to the family tells E! News there's no truth to the latest round of rumors. 

Additionally, Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, has issued a new statement to the media in the wake of the inaccurate reports."

"We support the candlelight vigil for Bobbi Kristina. The Brown family is amazed by the love and support from all that attended," Brown's attorney Christopher Brown tells E! News, thanking those who gathered together at Riverdale Town Center Amphitheatre in Georgia Monday night to send love and prayers to the 21-year-old, who remains hospitalized and on life support 10 days after she was found unconscious in her bathtub."

Say What?? South African twin sisters redefine "Being twins"

Wonders shall never end oooh. So, as usual, I was surfing the net trying to find something interesting to read this "lazy Sunday" Lol I call it such because I really don't feel like doing anything. Anyway I came across this article on the Linda Ikeji's blog.

Apparently, 26 year old twin sisters, Owami and Olwethu Mzazi from Vosloorus, South Africa recently got married to the same man, 51 year old Mzukiseni Mzazi.

When interviewed by a South African magazine, the sisters said they'd always known they'd marry same man as they have shared everything else together since they were born...“We have always done everything together. We share everything. That is how our grandmother raised us. So when we decided to marry, we said any man that wants to marry one, will marry the other” Owami told Drum magazine.

Hmm I really don't know how to express my thoughts on this without seeming judgmental but to me this is just #Teamtoomuch. Choi! he is even an old man. Lol

Fast forward to February 2015 and the 21 year old heir to Whitney Houston's fortune is fighting for her life after she was found unconscious in a bathtub. Criminal investigation is now targeting Nick Gordon.

For the past few months things have been getting worse. What was always a volatile relationship has turned more violent than volatile. Family members have tried to help this C list reality star offspring of this former A+ list entertainer(singer). From people I have spoken to who have been inside the home of our C Lister, things are bad. There are drugs everywhere. There is cash everywhere. It is like watching "Scar face". The significant other of our C Lister thinks he is the next "Scar face". The thing is he sucks at business. He just uses the money of our C Lister to make it seem like he is making millions of dollars. Instead he is spending every cent she gets in the second it comes in and has made her sign all types of documents which have basically cost her most of her future income for the next few years. When he doesn't keep her drugged up he beats her. He has all kinds of recordings of her doing anything he can think of just to keep her in line. He says he will release it all if she tries to leave him. She is scared of him and loves him at the same time. When he is wasted the beatings can be rough and there have been shots fired more than once. Everyone knows he is going to end up killing her one night. She will try and leave and he won’t like that and will shoot her and kill her. The family hopes she can escape, but she has no place to go that she would accept help from.

Hmmm! Could all these have been prevented? What are your thoughts?
